Summer School in Ghesc, Italy

In May, our Building Beauty students spent 10 days in Ghesc. An abandoned medieval village in the heart of the Alps, all made of stone, is now slowly being restored by Associazione Canova through international workshops. Our share was to re-build a stone portal and to terrace the landscape next to it with dry stone walls. Making Ghesc alive again!
